These Translifters offer exceptional transport efficiency, being both cost-effective and durable with minimal maintenance requirements. They streamline logistics by reducing the need for multiple transport equipment and are easily maneuverable even in confined spaces.
Movella Oy, headquartered in Tampere, Finland, embarked on product development in 2016 and swiftly emerged as a key player in the Translifter and Cassette Trailer Market. Renowned for their expertise, Movella designs effective, safe, and reliable solutions for heavy cargo and goods movement.
Our current range includes Forklift-attached Translifters on single bogie, capable of carrying weights of up to 50 tonnes. We also offer Terminal Tractor-supported Translifters with a capacity of up to 130 tonnes. At the pinnacle of our range is the I-series Translifter, engineered to handle 220 tonnes, making it ideal for the demanding steel industry’s extreme and heavy-duty requirements.
More About The Movella Range
The current lineup includes Forklift-attached Translifters on a single bogie, designed to handle weights of up to 50 tonnes. Additionally, we offer regular Terminal Tractor-supported Translifters capable of carrying loads of up to 130 tonnes. At the pinnacle of our range is the I-series Translifter, engineered to handle an impressive 220 tonnes, specifically catering to the rigorous demands of the extreme, robust, and heavy-duty steel industry.
Handling Payloads
Movella’s mid-range Translifters belong to the R-series, offering the capacity to handle payloads ranging from 50 tonnes up to 140 tonnes. Widely utilised in industries and port environments, this range provides versatile solutions. Moreover, Movella extends its capabilities with the larger capacity I-series, enabling payloads of up to 220 tonnes. Customers commonly deploy these Translifters in tandem with Cassettes or Trestles, with the flexibility to customise the Translifter according to their specific requirements, offering lengths ranging from 6 meters to 25 meters.
About Cassettes
Finally, Cassettes continue to be a popular and cost-effective method of transport and storage. Their basic construction enables them to withstand rough handling effectively. Additionally, they are recognised for their space efficiency, as they can be block-stacked, unlike trailers that require access for lashing.
Movella U-Loader
The Movella U-Loader tackles warehousing challenges in pre-fabricated concrete wall element production by minimising the handling of the elements.
During production, the U-Loader loads the finished wall elements directly onto cargo flats and transports them to the warehousing area. This innovative approach reduces the need for manual lifting of elements by 66% and dramatically improves overall working efficiency.
